Texas youth can expect the best in life by holding themselves to the highest standards, and Texas Farm Bureau can help students put together the pieces that make up a successful leader.

Through our Student Success Series, students in 8th through 12th grade can learn more about leadership, networking and personal professionalism.

There are four experiences for students to participate in:

Jumpstart: Virtual program for graduating class of 2027 (incoming 8th grade students)

Activate: Virtual program for graduating class of 2026 (incoming 9th grade students)

Engage: In-person district events for graduating classes of 2024 and 2025 (incoming 10th and 11th grade students)

Thrive: In-person event for graduating class of 2023 (incoming 12th grade students) *Registration will be capped at 150 students*

This new program replaces the Youth Leadership Conference.
